Avifloc's main use is for clarification of green, brown, clay water in ponds

Commercial form - powder. A solution is prepared for use, which must be spread evenly and thoroughly mixed with pond water.

Avilfloc is used for:

The dose of the product depends on the concentration of impurities to be cleaned (single-celled green algae, clay particles, dissolved organic substances)

Preparation of the solution:

Prepare the solution only outdoors, near the pond, in windless weather. Use protective clothing, gloves, if necessary a protective mask.

Add the required amount of Avifloc (max 3kg/10L) to a 10L bucket, if possible use a larger capacity up to 50-60L, if not, then 10L.

Slowly add warm water to half the volume, then start mixing the powder with the water. A hand-electric mixer can be used for better mixing.

When the powder is mixed with water, top up the 10L container to the required volume and mix until the solution is homogeneous, without clumps of product.

The solution usually dissolves within 5-10 minutes.

We spread the prepared solution evenly in the water using a watering can (if the pond is small) or a water pump. For better mixing, we can use a water pump, aeration, or mix mechanically. Mixing time is short, depends on the volume of water to be cleaned.

Sludge and organic particles settle on the bottom, so it is recommended to use bioproducts (Avibac Biotablets) for their decomposition.

If we are cleaning clay particles, there is no need to use bioproducts.
